Technology can give Smaller Operators the Edge
New technology can now give smaller operators advantages only available to larger companies a few short years ago. New smart phones are now ubiquitous and companies that use the new phones and their software better, can gain a market advantage. Smart companies improve their cost structure and productivity in all areas, not just in manufacturing and finance.

Technology is being used to change the shape of industries and their value chains. This applies to logistics as well as to retailing and music. Sharper costs lead to better tender outcomes; happier front-line workers provide better customer contact; higher productivity is more sustainable.

This talk examines the impact of technology in customer delivery areas.
