Making Collaboration Measurable
Intensive collaboration between various disciplines is a vital prerequisite for good Supply Chain performance, but how do you create the right mindset? Gaining the impetus to drive collaboration and build partnerships is a challenge many companies face, with reaching out to other functions and breaking down functional silos creating a challenge for most. Combining insights and experience on building cross functional partnerships in the value chain, this presentation will introduce a way collaboration can be made measurable using a cross-functional supply chain experience known as The Fresh Connection (TFC). The ability to introduce supply chain management and the importance of collaboration in a fun learning environment created by TFC, this presentation is sure to leave a lasting impact for conference delegates as they experience how collaboration can be made measurable.
